    I offer comprehensive website design and setup, ongoing web management with different levels of support, social media marketing, and email marketing services. Each service is designed to help businesses build, maintain, and grow their online presence.
  • How much does each service cost?, and what's include in each package?

  • What makes Pixel Perfect Pages different from other web design or social media marketing agencies?
    I focus on a personalized approach, combining strategic design with growth-driven marketing. I take time to understand your business goals and create websites and marketing strategies that attract and engage your target audience, delivering measurable results that are dependent on your business goals. Every website has a purpose; online sales, coaching sales, blog, attract viewers to profit on ad revenue, etc. Your website MUST be designed to fit your goals.
  • How long will it take to build my website?
    This depends on the service you purchase. Typically, setting up a website and designing it to complete functionality would take 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity and specific requirements of your business. I'll work with you to establish a timeline and keep you informed throughout the process with completed milestones.
  • Can you help me improve my website's SEO?
    Yes! My management packages include SEO services that help your website rank higher on search engines. I use keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance enhancements to boost visibility.
  • How do you handle security and data protection?
    I take security seriously. My web management packages include regular updates, malware scanning, backups, and SSL certificates, so your site and customer data are safe.
  • How will I know if my website or social media is performing well?
    For clients in my Business and Pro tiers, I provide monthly performance reports covering metrics like traffic, engagement, SEO ranking, and conversions, so you can see exactly how your website or social media strategy is progressing. For clients in any tier, you can always monitor the in-app analytics of your web hosting platform.
  • Can I make changes to my website after it’s launched?
    Absolutely. With my management packages, I’ll handle content updates, small design changes, and technical tweaks whenever you need them, so your site remains fresh and aligned with your goals.
  • What platforms do you work with for website design?
    I design and manage websites on popular platforms like Shopify, Wix, and Squarespace, giving you flexibility to choose the best fit for your business’s needs. Wix tends to be my personal favored platform because of it's customizability and dollar value of each plan.
  • What’s included in the social media management service?
    My social media service includes daily posts, engagement (comments and interactions with other accounts), and a weekly ad or promotion. I work to create relevant, engaging content that resonates with your audience and drives brand awareness. Different packages provide different amounts of daily posting and engagements, so be sure to read into each package before selecting. You can always contact us to talk about which package fits your needs best.
  • How does the email marketing service work?
    My email marketing service includes weekly customized emails that engage and convert your audience. I’ll create the content, design the emails, and monitor performance to ensure your customers are receiving valuable updates and want them coming back for more of what your business has to offer.
  • How do you measure the success of your social media marketing?
    I track metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, reach, and conversion rates to assess the impact of our social media efforts. Regular reporting keeps you informed on how social media is helping your business grow.
  • Can I upgrade or downgrade my service package?
    Yes, my services are flexible. You can adjust your service package based on your evolving needs. Just let me know, and I’ll help you transition smoothly.
  • What happens if I want to cancel my service?
    If you need to cancel, you can always do so in your profile subscription setting, or simply contact me, and I’ll guide you through the process. For management services, a 30-day notice is usually required. We’ll ensure a smooth handover if you need to transition to a different setup.
  • Will I have ownership of my website and content?
    Yes, you’ll have full ownership of your website, content, and any creative assets produced during our work. I’m here to help you build and manage it, but the ownership is entirely yours.
  • Do you provide the web hosting services?
    No. Web hosting will be up to you to choose and pay for. Shopify, Squarespace, and Wix are the options I am comfortable managing. I personally recommend Wix because of the value and benefits they offer, as well as their customizability is more in depth.
